Doug Wolf
MANAGING PRINCIPAL
Doug is IAG’s founding principal. He is responsible for sourcing corporate transactions at IAG.
Doug is a founding principal and chairman of PCG Equity, a privately held investment company which, through structured finance transactions, has acquired real property and other asset in excess of $1B. Prior to founding PCG, Doug was a founding principal and CEO of Intercontinental Pacific Group, a merchant bank that purchased and sold more than $20B of real property, oil and gas and leased assets. Doug started his career as an international tax attorney at Kantor and Wolf.
Mr. Wolf received his BA degree from UC Berkeley and his JD degree from UC Berkeley School of Law.

Harry Zelnick
PRINCIPAL
Harry is responsible for sourcing and structuring transactions at IAG.
Prior to joining IAG, Harry was a founder and managing partner of River Run Financial, a merchant bank that specialized in structured financing and acquiring undervalued, asset-rich enterprises. Prior to founding River Run, he was an investment banker at Lehman Brothers, Barclays de Zoete Wedd, Chase Manhattan and Asian Oceanic. He started his career as a tax attorney at Blank, Rome and Morgan Lewis & Bockius.
Harry received his AB from Dartmouth College and his JD from The Law School at the University of Chicago.

Aga Wick
PRINCIPAL
Aga is responsible for evaluating and structuring IAG’s prospective transactions.
Aga has experience investing on behalf of a wide range of capital, including foreign and domestic institutions, private equity funds, and family offices. Throughout her career, Aga managed over $10B of institutional and private capital. Prior to joining IAG, Aga worked at Global Asset Capital, a private investment firm, and earlier at Invesco and Deutsche Bank. She started her career at Fortress Investment Group in Frankfurt, Germany.
Aga holds a BSc in Business from Bocconi University in Milan and an MSc in Finance from Rotterdam School of Management.

Kate Mahoney
DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
Kate is responsible for running IAG’s day-to-day operations, supports Doug Wolf, and manages departmental resources to meet long-term business goals. Kate is a dynamic, highly organized Director of Operations with over 35 years of diverse professional experience spanning high-tech sales, administrative leadership, and executive support. With a proven track record of optimizing business workflows, managing complex projects, and driving cross-functional collaboration, Kate is a strategic problem-solver skilled at blending corporate business acumen with hands-on leadership to maximize operational efficiency.
Kate holds a BS in Business from Fairfield University in CT.
